DIABETES MELLITUS NURSING CARE PLAN

A nursing care plan commonly known as NCP outlines the nursing care to be provided to a patient in the hospital, family or community. It summaries a set actions the nurse will implement to resolve/support nursing diagnoses identified by nursing assessment. Seizures – increased ICP that exceeds seizure threshold

Irritability, dizziness, disorientation – caused by decrease Oxygen supply in the brain or decreased nerve conduction
